A 343% jump from a low base is a smaller absolute gain than a 45% jump from a senior engineering salary. Read the percentages alongside the starting point, not instead of it. The median package of 9.5 LPA is the number to plan around.<\/p>\n

Upskilling without changing employer<\/h2>\n

Not everyone in these stories left their job, and this group is under-represented in edtech marketing because it makes a less dramatic headline.<\/p>\n
