AnalytixLabs, which has centres in Sector 44 Gurugram and Sector 2 Noida, lists ₹53,100 to ₹87,320 depending on the format and the certificate you pick. The other six send you to an enquiry form.
That one fact should shape how you shop in this city, so this guide starts with it.
Six of the eight will not show you a price
We read each institute’s own course page in September 2026 and recorded exactly what it published. Two carried a fee. Six carried a callback form, a WhatsApp number or a “Book a Call” button instead.
Croma Campus is the sharpest case. Its Noida course page has a tab labelled COURSE FEE. There is no number behind it, only a line saying GST will apply and that one-to-one training is priced differently. ExcelR is the most consistent refuser in the country: no rupee figure appears on its Delhi, Noida or Gurugram pages, and none appears on its Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune or Bengaluru pages either. APTRON Solutions in Noida offers the phrase “affordable course fee structure” and no number. Madrid Software in Saket, SLA Consultants and Hansraj College publish nothing.
This is not a scandal. It is a cost. You cannot build a shortlist from a browser, so comparing three institutes means booking three counselling calls, and each call is a sales conversation in which the number can move depending on how you answer. Get the total in writing, ask whether GST sits on top, and ask what happens to the fee if you miss a module and need to repeat it.
Where a number does appear, check what kind of number it is. In Pune, one institute publishes “starts at ₹20,000”, which is a floor rather than a price, and another publishes a ₹5,000 registration amount while saying openly that the total varies by format and duration. A figure on a page is not automatically a quote.
A Gurugram page does not prove a Gurugram classroom
ExcelR’s Gurgaon page ranks for the city term. The only postal address in its structured data is the Bengaluru head office in BTM Layout. Croma Campus’s Delhi page carries the same Noida head-office address as its Noida page, with no Delhi address anywhere on it. Madrid Software publishes “Saket, New Delhi” without a street number, and APTRON says only that it sits “near sector 15 metro station Noida”.
If you plan to attend in person, confirm the building before you pay and go and look at it. A city landing page is a marketing asset, not evidence of a classroom.

The five worth a call, and what you are actually buying
DICS Innovatives, Pitampura. The only genuinely local institute in this set that publishes a number: ₹30,000 after discount for a six-month classroom course, with its own page adding that the offer may change. Madhuban Chowk metro is at the door, which matters more than it sounds if you live in north or west Delhi. Its placement language is assistance, not a guarantee.
AnalytixLabs, Gurugram and Noida. The most transparent page in the city and the most expensive local option. It publishes nine prices, one for each combination of format and certificate: classroom at ₹87,320 or ₹68,440, live online at ₹80,240 or ₹59,000, blended at ₹70,800 or ₹53,100, the higher figure in each pair carrying the TIH at IIT Bombay or IIT Patna badge and the lower one NASSCOM FutureSkills Prime. It publishes batch dates too. If you want an institute you can compare on paper before you speak to anyone, this is the one.
ExcelR, Connaught Place and Noida. A six-month, 150-hour blended course where one enrolment buys classroom, live online and recorded access for a year under the pass it sells. No fee, anywhere. Its hiring-partner claim appears at 4,000 in one place on the page and 2,000 in another, which is worth remembering when a counsellor quotes you the bigger number.
Croma Campus, Noida. Twelve to fifteen weeks, live plus recorded, the shortest of the local options and the one with the empty fee tab. A three-month course can genuinely retool someone already working with data. It is thin for a career switch, whatever the brochure says.
Hansraj College, Delhi University. The odd one out, and worth knowing about. Its data analytics course under the UGC community college scheme runs six months of weekend online classes and ends in a Hansraj certificate. No fee is published on the college’s own page. Aggregator sites carry a figure for it, but the college does not, so treat anything you read elsewhere as unconfirmed until admissions say it on a call.
What the NCR market actually hires for
Delhi NCR is one of the two biggest analyst markets in India, and the demand sits in specific pockets. Gurugram’s Cyber City and Golf Course Road corridor holds the consulting firms, the business process and analytics majors like Genpact and EXL, the insurance and fintech names, and the travel and food delivery companies headquartered there. Noida’s Sector 62, 125 and 132 belt runs IT services delivery, banking back offices and large product engineering teams. Central Delhi has more government, research and media analytics work than people expect.
The practical effect is that an entry-level NCR analyst job is usually a reporting, operations or risk role inside a large organisation, not a growth analytics seat at a startup. SQL, Excel and Power BI carry the interview. Python matters at the next step.
On pay, be careful which source you trust. AmbitionBox’s own pages for the data analyst role, read in September 2026, put the typical band at ₹7.7 lakh to ₹8.5 lakh a year at Deloitte and ₹6.6 lakh to ₹7.3 lakh at Accenture, both India-wide rather than NCR-specific, against ₹5.2 lakh to ₹5.7 lakh at TCS. 6figr and levels.fyi report figures two to three times higher for the same titles, because their contributors skew towards large product and technology employers. Classroom in NCR, or live online
The honest answer depends on your commute and your job search.
A classroom makes sense if a centre sits within a short ride of where you already are, and if you know you will not finish a course you can skip. Pitampura, Connaught Place, Sector 3 Noida and Sector 44 Gurugram are the four locations here with a verified street address, and if none of them is near you, an evening batch across NCR traffic will eat exactly the hours you needed for practice.
Live online makes sense if your job search will run past the city. NCR placement cells work NCR, which is a large market, so this is a weaker argument here than in a smaller city. How to compare three NCR institutes in a week
- Put the two that publish prices on the list first. DICS at ₹30,000 and AnalytixLabs from ₹53,100 give you a real anchor before anyone quotes you anything.
- Ask every other institute for a total in writing, with GST stated, on the first call. If the number only exists in conversation, it is not a price.
- Visit the address. Confirm a classroom exists in the city you will be travelling to, not just on the page.
- Ask who teaches your batch and where that person works now. This question separates the good NCR institutes from the average ones faster than any syllabus comparison.
- Ask for three recent placements with company, role and month. “100% placement assistance” and three names you can look up are not the same quality of evidence.
